This past weekend I raced at the Mammoth Motocross National. The track was fun, and I had never been there before. I rode fairly well, and ended up finishing okay. The race was a super fun race, and I had fun riding on the mammoth mountain motocross track. The track was different than usual nationals, and was mostly berms and not too many ruts. The track got super rough, and was really fun to race on. Overall I did fairly well, and can’t wait until Ponca and Loretta’s.

250 Junior – 4th place

250/450 Junior open – 3rd place

This past weekend I raced at Glen Helen Raceway for the Loretta Lynn southwest regional qualifier. The track was super fun, and had the same design as it did for the pro national that was held there a couple of weeks ago. I raced the schoolboy 1 class on my 125 two-stroke and the schoolboy 2 class on my 250f. The racing was good, and they used a three moto format which made for tight overall finishes.

Schoolboy 1 (12-16) – Moto 1 – 6th / Moto 2 – 4th / Moto 3 – 7th / Overall – 5th

Schoolboy 2 (14-16) – Moto 1 – 10th / Moto 2 – 13th / Moto 3 – 5th / Overall 7th

I rode good in most of my motos but had a couple of mistakes that cost me better finishes. Overall the track was fun to ride, and it was a good weekend. I was able to qualify in schoolboy 1 because top 5 were qualifying positions.

This weekend I raced at Speedworld motocross track on Saturday night. The race was pretty good, and the track was alright. They made the track really short so that they could get done earlier. The shorter track made it super one lined, and hard to pass on, but other than that, the track was fun. Overall the weekend was just another time to get in the gate, and have fun. In the end, my results were pretty good as well.

Schoolboy – 1st place

Big Bike Open – 1st place

This past weekend I raced out at ET motopark in Arizona. We went for a Saturday night race, and the track was fairly good. The racing was pretty good, and the track was decent. In both of the Novice motos, I got the holeshot, and pulled away for the win. In the first Schoolboy moto, I got a horrible start. I passed my way into third by the second lap. By the next lap, I worked my way into second and was catching the leader. I caught up, and was all over the leader until I tried to go outside of the rut in a corner to make a pass, and slid off the track, and hit a hay bail. I got back on the track only to have the third place guy all over me again. I pulled away from him, and ended up getting second in the first moto. In the second moto, I got a second place start, and quickly passed for first. I pulled away and ended up winning the second schoolboy moto. In the big bike open race, I got a third place start both motos and quickly passed for second and then first.

125 Novice – 1st place

Schoolboy – 1st place

Big Bike Open – 1st place

This past weekend I raced in Colorado for the Loretta Lynn area qualifiers at Thunder Valley. The track was good, and there was a ton of people that showed up for the race. On Saturday, it was super cold, and we even got a couple of snow flurries. On Sunday, the temperature was a bit warmer, and the track was good. Before practice, the track was super muddy, but by the end of the day, the track had huge ruts in it, and was one of the roughest tracks I have ever rode on. My races were okay, but we qualified for the south central regional, and that's what we went to do. Overall It was a fun weekend, and my results were okay.

Schoolboy 1 (12-16) - 2nd place
Schoolboy 2 (14-16) - 7th place

This past weekend we went to Boulder City for the Loretta Lynn area qualifiers. The area was super windy, and made for a dry and dusty track. I raced the schoolboy 1 12-16 class in a 125 two stroke, and the schoolboy 2 14-16 class on a 250F. Overall the track was fun despite the wind and the dust, and my results were good.

Schoolboy 1 12-16 - 1st place
Schoolboy 2 14-16 - 1st place

We have just finished up with the World Minis in Las Vegas. The week overall was okay, but not as good as I would've liked. We qualified in good for both the stock novice, and mod novice. Going into the main, I had a chance to win both classes. In the stock class, I got into a first turn crash which put me out of the race. I went back to race the mod class, and was feeling okay. I came off the gate and didn't get the greatest start. I made a few passes, and by two laps to go I made my way into third. I stayed there, and went 1-3 for 3rd overall. Overall I'm not completely excited with my results, but the week was fairly good.

Austin brought home another strong finish this morning with a 2nd in the 250 Stock Novice.

16 Apr 08

Today was the first day of racing at the world minis. The track has been pretty good, but it is super windy. The changed the track up a little bit, and overall it's pretty fun.

Today I raced the 250 stock novice. I was race 3, and the track was good. I got off to a good start, and was in second. Within the first couple of laps I made the pass for first and stayed there until the end of the race. So far the races have been good, and we're having a good time.

This past weekend I was out at Perris Raceway for the second round of the California Gold Cup. Saturday practice was going good at first, but then in my third practice, I caught my foot in a rut, and yanked it backwards. I felt something in my leg tear, so we packed up and came home early. I later found out that I partly tore a muscle in my leg, and it ripped a piece of the bone off of my hip. We don't know yet how long the healing process is going to be, but we will be out of Oak Hill and most likely World Mini as well.

This past weekend we went to Perris for the second round of the California Gold Cup. Saturday practice went good, and the track was good, but a little muddy from the rain that they got earlier in the week. It rained all night Saturday, and flooded out parts of the track, so the Sunday race was canceled. Overall the track was fun on Saturday, but it sucks that they had to cancel the race for Sunday, and now have to reschedule.

This past weekend I raced in Palmdale , CA for the first round of the California Gold Cup at LACR. The track was really good and really fast. Toward the end of the day, the track got really rough from all the sand, they had a lot of long straights that got pretty rough by the end of the day. I rode pretty good, and got one holeshot. I was happy with the way I rode, and I can’t wait to go to the next round of the series. Overall it was a good weekend, and my results were pretty good:

125 Novice: 1st place

Schoolboy: 3rd place

This past weekend I raced at Arizona Cycle Park for the 2nd annual Arizona Motocross Championship. The track was good, and got some okay ruts. Towards the end of the day it got dry, and was super slick, but overall I had a good weekend. I raced the 125 Novice and schoolboy classes. Here are my results:

125 Novice - 1st place
Arizona Motocross Champion
Schoolboy - 1st place

This past weekend I raced at Perris for the third and final round of the California Triple Crown. It rained on Friday, and they had to cancel practice on Saturday. They worked all day on the track, and it was in great condition. There were deep ruts, and the dirt was perfect. It was a little muddy during practice, but after they took the tractor our there again to fix the muddy sections, the track was great. The weekend was good, and overall, I came away with some good results during the race, and overall in the series.

12/2/07:

125 Novice: 1st place

Schoolboy: 4th place

Overall Triple Crown series:

125 Novice: 1st place

Schoolboy: 2nd place

This past week I have been racing in Buckeye, AZ at Arizona Cycle Park for the Amateur Open. The track was in great shape for the race, and I was feeling great on the big bikes. During practice, I was feeling great about the week, and I was feeling really comfortable on the track. I raced four classes, and ended up with some good results at the end of the week.

Mid-Size stock novice – The first two motos I didn’t have the greatest starts, but was able to get into the lead and go into the main with a 1st. In the main, I got about a sixth place start, and worked my way to second by the first lap. The track was muddy at the time, and when I caught the leader, I got hit by a lot of mud, and ran out of tear offs. I was stuck behind first, and ended up 2nd which gave me a 2nd overall.

Mid-Size mod novice – The first moto I had a dead last start, and was able to catch up to third, and almost pass second by the motos end. In the second moto I got a good start, and was able to pass for the lead soon, and won the moto. I went into the main in 1st. In the main I got a good start again, and was able to pass for the lead in the first lap. I rode a smart race and ended up with a 1st place, and the championship.

Mid-Size stock 12-17 – The first moto was alright, and I got off the gate alright, but let a couple of kids push me around on the first lap, and a couple of them passed me. I went back to about 7th, and was able to work back up to 4th. In the second moto I had a bad start, but I was able to work up to second, and stay there. I went into the main in 2nd, which was pretty good. In the main I got a good start, and rode a good race and ended up fifth which gave me 5th overall.

Mid-Size mod 12-17 – The first moto wasn’t the greatest, and I had a horrible start. I was trying to work my way up, and I was able to pass a couple of kids, and end up 7th. In the second moto, I again had a bad start, and ended up 6th. Overall I ended up 6th place because there was only one division, and they didn’t have a main event.

This past week was good, and I was able to come away with one championship. I would like to thank all of sponsors including Motoland, Rodney and the guys at Fly, Dan and Crower Power, Don at Race Tech, Pat McMullen, and Action Motorsports for their support, and allowing me to go out there and do good.

This past weekend I raced the first round of the second annual Triple Crown. The race took place at Racetown 395 in California . The track was in good shape, and it was pretty fun to race on. It was super windy on Saturday, and was supposed to be the same for Sunday, but the wind didn’t reach the track, and the racing was good. The track was great on Sunday morning, but towards the end of the day it got really dry. Then when they would water it, it would be really slippery, but they did a good job of making the track fun to race on. Overall we had a good weekend, and it was fun.

We have finished up with the 5th annual Dodge Amateur National in Sacramento.  Overall I had a good week, and I am pretty happy with my results. In the 250 Stock novice class, I was in first in my division. I then went out for the main and got the holeshot. I never looked back, and took the win, but do to the points system that the Dodge runs, I ended up with second place. In the 250 mod novice class, I qualified fourth in my division do to a bad second moto. I had an alright start and was inside the top ten. I was able to work my way up to second in the moto, and I also ended up second overall in that class as well. On the last lap of the mod class, I cased a jump and bounced into a braking bump. My hand had hit the bars hard, and it was sore, and hurt to pull in the clutch. We decided that the week had been good so far, and we ended up not running the schoolboy stock main. This past week has been good, and I appreciate all your support.

Today I raced my second moto of the stock novice. I got an alright start, and was in about 3rd going into the second corner. I made a pass on a kid, and moved into second. I was in second and was trying to get around the leader, but he was just a little smother than me, and I couldn’t get around him. I ended up finishing second, and hopefully can do something good in the main and come away with a championship.

Today was the first day of racing and I was moto one. The first moto was 125 stock novice. I got an okay start, but got pushed out wide. I was back in about 12, and the races where 6 laps so I was able to work my way up to 3rd by the end of the moto. I also raced my mod novice today. I got the holeshot, and was battling with another kid. He ended up getting by me, and I ended up with second. My final moto of the day was Stock Schoolboy. I got an okay start and was in about 9th. I made a few mistakes as the track got rougher, and ended up getting a 12th place. Overall I am pretty happy with my results, and hopefully can improve as the week goes on.

We are at the Dodge Amateur National in Sacramento , CA. Today was practice and the track was really good. They added a ton of sand around the whole track. This made for a rough and fun track. I felt pretty good, and hopefully can do something good.

27 Sep 07

This past weekend I raced in Perris for the hot summer nights on Saturday. The track was in really good shape, and by the end of the night was still really good. Overall I did well, and it was good practice for our upcoming races. I am feeling more comfortable on my bike, and feel that I can do well in the races to come. Here are my results:

125 Novice: 1st place

Schoolboy: 4th place

On Sunday we raced the Trans Cal series at competitive edge. They have changed the track around since I have last been there, and I was excited to ride a new track. It was really fast and wide open, but still got a little rough, and was fun to ride. I felt good, and won the first moto of novice, and got third in schoolboy first moto. Then things didn’t go my way. I ended up sliding out in a corner in the novice class, and getting up to finish about 12th. I then went out for schoolboy and was running 2nd when I landed off the track on a dirt bank. I went over the bars and tweaked my bike and couldn’t go anywhere. I ended up with a DNF in that moto. Overall I was happy with my first moto results, but was disappointed with my second motos.   125 Novice: 5th place

17 Sep 07

This past weekend we raced in California for the hot summer nights on Saturday, and the Trans Cal Series on Sunday. The track was really good, and there were a lot of people there. The Track got rougher than it does when I am usually at Perris. The weekend was fun, and I did alright with a couple of holeshots, but also had some bad luck going down in a corner in the novice class on Saturday. Overall, we had fun, and I was happy with most of my results.

                            Saturday night:
                            Schoolboy - 4th place
                            Novice - 3rd place

                            Sunday:
                            Schoolboy - 5th place

This past weekend we raced at Perris for the Hot Summer nights. This was my first race on a big bike, and I had a lot of fun. We raced the 125 novice, and the 125 schoolboy class. In the novice class, I did alright and got third the first moto. In the second moto I was running second trying to make the pass for the lead, but I fell over in a corner and didn't end up so well. Overall I got 4th in the novice.

In the schoolboy class, I got a fourth the first moto. In the second moto, I was again in first but moved up to third. Overall I ended up with a 3rd place finish in that class.

Ponca City Grand National Final Note ... 31 Jul 07
We are getting home from Ponca, but I didn't do to well there. I qualified okay, but in the mains, I had horrible starts, and just wasn't riding the greatest. I ended up getting about 20th place in my mains, which is horrible considering how well I qualified in some of my classes.
Hopefully we can start training, and come Amateur Open we will be 100%.

Today I raced in my mod and supermini classes. I crashed going up the face of a double in the mod, and ended up getting a 13th, and qualified in with a 8.     Today I had two motos to race. My first moto was the 85 open class. I got an okay jump off of the gate, but then got pinched on the start and didn't get the greatest start, but I was in the top 15. I worked my way past a couple of kids, and ended up 7th.

My second moto was the 85 12-13 stock class. I again got pinched on the start but was up a little further in the pack. I passed a couple of kids and ended up 7th again. I know that if I get a better start I can run up there and get a little better position.

This past weekend we went to competitive edge in California to qualify for the Loretta Lynn’s regional. We went there, and the track was great, and they had a ton of people there.

On Saturday we raced the 85 12-13 stock class, and qualified in with a fourth.

On Sunday we raced the mod and supermini class. We qualified in about sixth on the mod, and on the last moto of the supermini, I fell and broke my leg.

This is going to put us out of world mini, and possibly out of the qualifiers for Loretta’s and Ponca.

Check out the Lake Whitney race report from Austin ...

March 7th: The track was in great shape, and the temperature was great. They kept the track in great condition, and it made for some great racing. Everyone was anxious to ride, and couldn’t wait to ride the first national of the year.

Today I raced Supermini; overall I didn’t do so well. I got off to an okay start in 8th, I then fell twice on the second lap. I qualified in with a 12th, but that’s not going to help us for the main

March 8th: The weather was once again great, and it even got a little hot today. The track was smooth, and they groomed it a lot for some reason. The track has been great so far, and hopefully it keeps getting better.

Today I raced in 85 12-13 stock. I had a horrible gate pick, and ended up way outside. I got pushed way outside, and ended up in the back of the pack. I worked my way up and was sitting 9th, then fell on the last lap, and ended up qualifying with a 13th. So far things haven’t been going our way, but it’s not over.

March 9th:  Today I raced the 85 12-13 mod class. I had again bad starts, and had to work my way through the pack. I ended up working up there and not crashing like the other motos, and ended up qualifying in with a 6th.

March 10th:  Today I raced the Supermini and stock mains. In the Supermini main, I ended up having to start from the way out side, and got a horrible start, and ended up 20th in the race which gave me a 22nd overall. In the stock class, I had an okay gate pick, and went off the gate okay, but got caught in a second turn crash, and was in the back of the pack. I ended up getting 19h in that moto, which gave me a 20th overall.

March 11th:  Today I raced the mod main. I was going in with a god number, so I had a good gate pick. I had a bad start, and worked up to about 13th. A couple of kids then passed me, and I ended up with a 15th which gave me 12th overall.

Glen Helen practice on Saturday, 10 Feb 07,

before the mud fest.  Click image to enlarge.

13 Feb 2007

This past weekend I raced at Glen Helen for the California Gold cup series. There was a lot of people there for practice Saturday, but a lot of them left Sunday after it rained for a few hours. The track was in great condition Saturday, but on Sunday it turned into a mud fest. The mud was so deep that the 50’s would literally go down the straight away and stop when they hit the mud. We decided to stick it out through the mud to be prepared for Texas , and it was a good thing that we did. Towards the end, the track actually started to come around and all the mud left was huge ruts and it was good.

Here are my results:

85 12-13 – 1st place

85 open – 3rd place

Supermini – 4th place

This past weekend I raced at Cahuilla Creek in Anza , California for the CMC Golden State series. The track was in great condition for the race, but was a little shorter than usual because they had so many motos to get through. Towards the end it got rough like it usually does, and was good practice for Whitney. Overall it was a good weekend and we ended up good with our results:

85 open – 1st place

85 12 – 13 – 1st place

Supermini – 1st place

This past weekend I raced at Perris Raceway in California for the Triple Crown Series. The track was fun, and was completely different then the last time I had been there. Since the last time I had been there, they had changed the direction of the track and also added a few different jumps. My favorite part of the track was the woop section. There was quite a few people there, and the track got some good ruts in the corners and surprisingly got pretty rough. Every time I have been there, the track wasn’t very rough, but this time it actually was rough. Overall I had a good time and did pretty good. Here are my results:

85 12-13 – 3rd place

85 open – 3rd place

Supermini – 2nd place

13 Nov 2006

This past week I raced at Arizona Cycle Park for the Amateur Open of Motocross in Buckeye, AZ. The track was fun, and they changed the track a little from last year. They added more sand, and put in another uphill and downhill than last year. The track was fun, and they had quite a few fast kids there this year, although they didn’t have as many kids as last year. The track got big ruts, and was really good; I only wish that track would get that many ruts and that rough during practice days there so we can train in those conditions. Overall I did well, and enjoyed racing there throughout the week.

Here are my results:

Mini 4 Stroke 150cc – In the first moto I got a second place start and then passed for first and won that moto. In the second moto, I got the holeshot and stayed there for the rest of the race. Overall I ended up 1st.

85 12-13 stock – In the first moto I got an okay start and passed a couple of kids and made my way into 3rd, which is were I finished that moto. In the second moto, I got a 3rd place start and stayed there and got third that moto. Overall ended up with a 3rd place.

Left to right: Rodney from Fly Racing, Austin and Team Motoland Owner Mark Brooks.

My family (dad, mom, sister, and me)

85 12-13 mod- in the first moto I got a fourth place start. I passed into third and was all over the second place guy. I kept the pressure on him, and he finally made a mistake and fell. I got by him and ended up 2nd in that moto. In the second moto, I got a second place start and got passed by one guy. I stayed in 3rd and that’s were I finished that moto. Overall I got a 2nd place in that class.

85 open – I did good transferring into the main and transferred in with a 2. In the main, I was running 6th and fell. I worked back up to 10th by the end of the moto. Overall I ended up 9th.

Supermini – In the first moto I got an okay start and rode to a 7th place finish. In the second moto I got a horrible start and had to pass a bunch of people, but I was able to work my way into 6th and ended up 7th overall in that class.

I want to thank everybody that has helped me get to this point including my new team, Team Motoland and Mark Brooks. I also want to thank my family as well as my sponsors: Fly, Scott, Osiris Shoes, Renthal, Kronik Energy, No Toil, ZR1 suspension, Action Motorsports, and everybody else that has helped me.

 Thanks for your support,

This past weekend we went to California to race the first annual Triple Crown. This race was the first round of the three, and it took place in Hesperia at Competitive Edge. There was quite a few people there, and the track was in good shape and got really rough toward the end of the day. The track was fun, and was the same as usual, but because they had a lot of people there it was a lot rougher than usual. Overall I did pretty good, and I am happy with my results. Here are my results:

85 open – 2nd place

85 12-13 – 3rd place

Supermini – 3rd place

Thanks for all your support,

This past weekend I raced at Competitive Edge Mx Park in Hesperia, CA. The track was really fun, and was really good training because we don't have too many tracks that get rough and that have big ruts like they do over there. I enjoyed the track and they made a few changes since the last time I had been there. All they did was add a lip in front of a down hill that turned it in to a double. I thought that it was really fun, and that I did good considering that there were a few fast people there to race against, and it has been awhile since I have been on a gate with some fast kids. Also, we didn't have a mod and were running a stock bike in the age and open classes.

Here are my results:

85 open - 4th place

Supermini -2nd place

85 12-13 age - 2nd first moto (had to get home and didn't run the second moto)

 I appreciate all your support,

We received a quick note from Austin ...

"I am home and I am getting better. I will be sure that I keep you updated. Thanks, Austin Burns #141"

141 Update ... Austin was released from the hospital today and is on his way home.  Unfortunately while practicing at Glen Helen for the Loretta Lynn's Qualifier Austin went down and ruptured his spleen.  The good news is that Austin is ok and the doctors were able to save his spleen.

Danny and the entire family want to thank everyone that stepped up to help.  The motocross family is unrivaled when it comes to helping families during times like this and the Burns are very grateful.

Please check back to get updates on Austin's recovery and

drop him a line if you get a chance.  mxracer141@aol.com

This past weekend I raced at Competitive Edge Mx Park in Hesperia, CA. We raced there Saturday and Sunday for the Suzuki Amateur National. There were two motos Saturday and two motos Sunday. They combined your finishes for all four motos for the overall finish. The track was really fun, and got kind of rough. The corners were loamy and were really fun to hit. The jumps were also fun including a step up that was new. There were some fast people there including Eli Tomac. I had a good time there, and here are my results.

85 12-13  2nd place

Supermini  4th place

1 June 2006

This past weekend I raced at Speedworld Mx Park in Surprise, AZ. We raced there Saturday and Sunday night. They were both long nights, but it was worth it. There was a fast person that came in from California named Bryce Stewart and it was fun to race with him. They would usually run quads, but they didn't this weekend. Since there were no quads, there were actually ruts in the corners. The track was good, but like always at Arizona tracks, it got dry, then they would water it and it would be really slippery. I had a good time, and my bikes ran great. Here are my results:

Saturday:

85cc 12-13 stock  1st place

85cc 12-13 mod 1st place

85cc open  1st place

Supermini 1st place

Sunday:

85cc 12-13 Stock  1st place

85cc 12-13 mod  1st place

85cc open  1st place

Supermini  1st place

(Qualified for Ponca City in July)

23 May 06

This past weekend I raced at Competitive Edge Mx Park in Valencia, California. The track was awesome, and it got a little rough in the end, but it was fun. The track was cut off a little bit because they thought they were going to have a lot of people. They did have quite a few people, but not as much as I expected for a Ponca City qualifier. My bikes were running great, and I rode great. There were some fast kids there including Mike Leib and Kyle Engle. The track had some jumps, but they weren't that hard. Last time I was there, they had one hard jump that I had a hard time making, but since they shortened the track a little bit, the jump was shortened, because it ended up being right after a corner, and it used to have a whooped out straight away before it. Overall I had a great time, and here are my results:

85 12-13 mod.  The first moto, I got stuck behind a slower guy and ended up 6th. The second moto I got a better start, and ended up 2nd. Overall I got a 4th place.

85 open  I got good starts both motos and got two 2nd place finishes. Overall, I got a 1st place, because the guys that got first in the motos, weren't consistent.

Supermini  In the first moto I did good, but had to pass a few guys, so I wasn't challenging the leaders. I ended up 3rd in the first moto. In the second moto, I got a second place start, but made some mistakes and wasn't challenging the leader. The leader thought that he had the race won, but I caught up to challenge him for the lead. He made a mistake in a corner and I passed him. He passed me back, and we battled through out the rest of the moto. He ended up winning, but I was glad to battle him, because he is one of the fast 80 riders in the area.

This past week I raced in Las Vegas at the World Mini Grand Prix. The track was in great shape except on the last day it got really dry because of all of the wind. It got really rough and there were quite a few ruts. They had a new section that was a decision maker rhythm section. On one side it had a triple quad double, and then on the other side, it had triple, triple, triple, double, but the double was a lot smaller. Most of the 80s were starting on the side with all the triples and going triple triple, and then cutting over and doubling out of the quad, and then hitting the bigger double, which let us carry more momentum into the next turn. Except for a few jumps, everything else was the same as last year including the famous Las Vegas strip. It is a straight away that gets really rough and is most of the time soft. This year they put bumps in it probably to slow it down, but we would just skim them or double through them. I really liked the track and I think that NMA and all of the officials put on a great race. I had tough time there this week, including bad starts, and being stuck in the back of the pack. Here are my results:

85cc 12-13 stock.  I was running 8th and then got passed and was in ninth the first moto. Then in the second moto I had a horrible start and was in about13th half way through the race, then I moved my way  to tenth, but there were 4 divisions, so they only took top 8 to the main and I ended up qualifying 10th.

85cc 12-13 mod.  I got off to a good start and had a second place start. I fell back to fourth on the first lap because of a mistake, but then passed for third and stayed there for a third in the first moto. In the second moto, they watered it. I got off to a decent start and almost slid out but I made a couple passes to finish 5th in that moto. That gave me 3rd qualifying position, and I made it to that main. In the main, I got off to a horrible start and on the first lap, there was a pile up over a jump, and I had to come to a complete stop because I hit another persons bike and almost fell over. I didn't do that good in that moto and ended up about 20th overall.

85cc open -  In the first moto, I was running okay but ended up about 10th. In the second moto, I got off to an okay start an was running okay and then it felt like I had a flat tire, but they just watered the track, so it wasn't my tire making me slide out everywhere, I was sliding out on the slick track. I wasn't able to make it to the main in that class.

Supermini  In the first moto, I was doing pretty good, but another guy fell out of his rut when I was trying to pass him, and he took me out. I ended up 14th that moto, and then in the second moto I was trying to work my way up, but fell and ended up back in the pack and didn't make the main.

                                                Thanks,

                                                     Austin Burns #141

This past weekend I raced at Arizona cycle Park in Buckeye, AZ for the Loretta Lynn's area qualifier. The track was fun and they added a sand section that got rough, especially towards the end of the day. There were quite a few people that came in from out of state, mostly people from California. I did pretty good and I would like to thank Keith for keeping my bikes running great. I have been training and getting ready for World Minis and we are going to be ready for it. Thanks for your support,

Here are my results:
